This morning, the well-known AnTuTu benchmarking platform officially announced the release of the brand new beta version of AnTuTu V10 Public Beta. The new version was launched on AnTuTu official website and major app stores.

The update instructions for the new V10 version are as follows:
CPU test part:
Enhanced support for multi-core parallel processing.
Reduce the dependency of some algorithms on the OS API, so that test results can more accurately reflect the physical performance of the CPU.
GPU test part:
Based on UE4 (Unreal) engine, AnTuTu created two new 3D test scenes, namely: “Four Seasons” stress test scene suitable for flagship GPUs and “Coastline 2.0” medium stress test scene suitable for Ordinary GPUs. These two scenes not only have a refreshed image, but also a more accurate test of extreme GPU performance.
The graphics and compute APIs used in the two 3D test scenarios are still Vulkan technology, taking into account the characteristics of high performance, low overhead and multi-platform support.

UX testing part:
Added a test for PDF document processing capabilities.
Added a test for the ability to process images with large pixels greater than 2K; ultra-clear video and billion-level pixels have been popularized on mid-range devices, so testing the image processing capabilities of large pixels above 2K is essential.
Added H265 decoding tests and H264 encoding tests to more comprehensively evaluate the video processing capabilities of the device; added a new live-action video material “Guilin Landscape”, which accurately reflects the short video editing capabilities of the device, and at the same time you can appreciate the charm of China's great rivers and mountains.
The newly developed Webview and List Delay Test test scenarios more realistically simulate the scene when users watch news feeds, and are closer to everyone's real experience of watching news feeds, and the test results are more representative .
Risultati:
The scores obtained in the AnTuTu V10 version are generally higher than those of the V9. One reason is that new 3D scenes are more stressful and the corresponding score will be higher. Another reason is that in UX testing there are more video and codec compatibility testing elements, which will also lead to higher scores.
But not only that, there is also a point that needs to be emphasized here. The score of the V10 version cannot be compared with that of the V9. It can only be compared with others at the same version.
