The advancement of technology has allowed us to create products that once seemed like science fiction, such as vacuum robots, whose most successful exponents are represented by the Roborock company, which many know for the association with Xiaomi. We at Xiaomitoday.it too have had to deal with these miracles of home technology several times, we have followed their evolutions and now it seems that Roborock is ready to launch a new model, exactly the T7.
Vacuum, wash and dodge obstacles: Roborock T7 is Xiaomi's new super intelligent robot vacuum cleaner
Roborock T7 will be launched in China on March 23 and from the first rumors we know that the new automatic vacuum cleaner improves in the RR Mason 7.0 algorithm relating to scans of domestic areas, recognizing the presence of clothes on the ground, avoiding passing over it and above all, it will be able to recognize animal excrement, thus saving you the thankless task of cleaning brushes after the unpleasant accident.
In addition, Roborock T7 will have a larger water tank, specifically 297 ml for water and 460 ml for dirt collection, thus allowing a more thorough cleaning of the floors, making this new model a true 2 in 1 in cleaning and washing in symbiosis. The new RR Mason 7.0 algorithm will also help load more information while creating a precise map of the surrounding environment before delving into the processes.
Everything will be powered by a 5200 mAh battery that recharges in about 2,5 hours, capable of performing for about 150 minutes on a single charge, more than satisfactory time for most home cleaning sessions, or up to 500 square meters. Finally, GLSLAM type technologies will not be missing, while the suction power will reach 2500 PA thanks to a 58W motor, 25% more than previous generations, producing a noise of 67 dB. This new system allows the robot to manage multiple maps at the same time, perfect if we have a multi-story house, but also allows it to dynamically adapt to the changes it finds with respect to the map it has stored.
Of course, the new Roborock T7 is compatible with the Xiaomi ecosystem and can be controlled by voice thanks to the XiaoAI assistant. Its design varies poco compared to previous generations: dimensions of 353 x 350 x 96,5 mm (width, length and height) with a weight of 3,5 kg, with the possibility of purchasing it in white or black. At the top there is a keyboard with three buttons that will allow us to start / stop the robot, make it return to the loading dock or vacuum an area of 1 square meter. Roborock T7 will go on sale in China on Monday 23 March at the price of .899 yuan, or 380 euros at the current exchange rate.
