Despite the period of crisis at an international level, our favorite brand, Xiaomi, never stops working and proposing really interesting new products both from a technological point of view and in design. Today in particular we are going to see a new water purifier and a really stylish mini fridge!
Baseus Zero Space Refrigerator and Yimu Smart Purifier now on Xiaomi Youpin
Let's start with the latter, precisely produced by the Baseus brand and now on sale on the Xiaomi Youpin platform. The Baseus Zero Space Refrigerator 8L is, as the name suggests, a refrigerator with a capacity of only 8 liters that will allow us to cool up to 8 330ml cans (as an example).
Obviously, however, the most important factor is the really different design compared to typical mini fridges, often similar to traditional refrigerators and therefore less interesting from an aesthetic point of view. In fact, as we can see in the different images, the Baseus Zero Space Refrigerator 8L adopts a retro and at the same time modern look, with a porthole in the front that allows us to check what we have in the fridge without having to open the door. There are also really elegant wooden feet, as well as the carrying handle in imitation leather positioned at the top.
The mini fridge is entirely made of plastic and manages to reach a minimum temperature of zero degrees or alternatively 25 degrees less than the ambient temperature. But the most surprising fact is that this fridge can also be used with the "warming" function. However, the functionality is far less efficient than that of the refrigerator as we can reach a maximum temperature of only 65 degrees.
Finally, as regards the other specifications, the Baseus Zero Space Refrigerator 8L uses a maximum power of 60W. It can also work both attached to the wall in AC mode and in the car with adapter and DC mode. The product is now on sale in China at the price of 298 Yuan, or about 38 euros at the current exchange rate.
Moving on to the Yimu Smart Drinking Machine, here we have an instant and smart water purifier in front of us. Specifically, the purifier is able to produce fresh and clean water 24 hours a day thanks to a new controlled purification technology. There is in fact a system of filters with five steps and with reverse osmosis that allow you to drink water safely.
Furthermore, if you want something warmer, the Yimu Smart Drinking Machine manages to heat the water instantly to different temperatures according to your needs. For example, we can set it at 45 degrees to mix it with milk powder, 85 for tea and 99 degrees for coffee.
The purifier has a display with all the necessary information, but it can also be controlled remotely through the dedicated app, from which we can view the status of the filters and much more.
The Yimu Smart Drinking Machine is now crowdfunding at the price of 1499 Yuan, on the 190 € at the current exchange rate.
