BlackShark 2 appears in the GeekBench database

Yesterday an official teaser told us about it date of presentation from the future Xiaomi BlackShark 2, the Chinese gaming phone that compared the previous generation adopts a look decidedly more in line with the sector it belongs to. In fact the logo and two RGB LED strips will distinguish the aesthetics of this smartphone. So far we do not know much, except that aesthetics are renewed even in the photographic sector by offering one dual camera vertically, positioned centrally to the back cover poco above the fingerprint sensor. Probably the sensors will be inherited from the recent POCOPHONE F1, although some rumors indicate a double 16 +20 MP optics on the rear and a 20 MP camera on the front,  while at the hardware level we do not expect big steps forward.

And the confirmation seems to come from the GeekBench benchmark database, which proposes the result of a test carried out on a terminal identified as BlackShark AWM-A0, which he gets 2403 points in single core and 8389 multi-core points, also revealing that the CPU adopted will be the Snapdragon 845 accompanied by 8 GB of RAM.

We do not know if the benchmark for the alleged BlackShark 2 is true or not, after all we have witnessed manipulated results several times, like the recent Mi 6S. In any case, the company should launch the device in China the 23 October at 18: 00, exactly two days before the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 flagship.

It becomes difficult to think of anything else the company can integrate into this new BlackShark 2, though personally, in general, I think that a gaming phone belongs only to marketing operations. In the end we can play very well even with Mi 8, Mi Mix 2S, POCOPHONE F1 etc .. Perhaps what they lack is the tamarra soul but these are just personal tastes. And what do you think of it? If BlackShark 2 arrived in Global version on our market would you buy it?
