It had already been announced yesterday morning, today we have confirmation. Xiaomi's crowddown number 87 will make our days more comfortable. Well yes, because Xiaomi's partnership with 8H has made its first sofa!
As you can read from the technical datasheet on the home.mi.com portal, the specifications for the three variants are united by elegance and durability. The three versions differ in size only because Xiaomi has provided a one-way variant (in China, however, they call it a couch, actually an armchair), a bi-seat and a three-seater sofa.
Of course, in addition to the lengths (77 cm for the armchair, 137 cm for 2 seats and 197 cm for 3 seats) also change prices: 999 yuan (about 130 euro), 1699 yuan (about 222 euro) and 1999 yuan about 260 euro) respectively.
You probably will not know it, but the 8H fabrication company is the direct supplier of fabrics for the White House and, this time, has not disregarded expectations: the three colors, mountain green, gray ash and dark gray complete the assortment.
Xiaomi sofa: aesthetics, quality and ... even ecology!
We talked about aesthetics, but it is worth pointing out that anyone who is about to buy a Xiaomi sofa can rely on the quality of construction. In fact, while the colorings are made so that the sofa does not tend to discolor, the fabrics are treated with stain technology: it will be enough to pass a paper towel to remove the liquid residues that will be "rejected" from the fabric beforehand.
This is not all because Xiaomi also thought of comfort and in fact used a high density memory foam foam to fill the pillows. A steel structure, then, will guarantee for at least 10 years - do we trust Xiaomi? - Almost perfect support for you and your friends.
The red larch structure, then, with an environmental certification CARB-P2, found room in the Xiaomi ecosystem after this type of material was used to produce millions of Chinese sofas. Apart from the spring structure you can see above, the only steel part of the entire sofa is a central support leg that will provide a fifth support to the wood structure for a durability certified by Xiaomi.
