EVERCROSS EV10K PRO Electric Scooter - Test Review and Specifications
I tried theEvercross EV10K Pro, one of the high-end electric scooters, with excellent power and autonomy characteristics, but completely legal and which has already adapted to the new highway code. The excellent quality/price ratio prompted me to test it for you as a valid alternative to the more famous brands.

Evercross EV10K Pro Comes already partially assembled. We just have to fix the handlebar with the screws and the supplied hex key.
Design and features
The Design is simple, clean and as often happens it is similar to Xiaomi electric scooters. It has small dimensions of only 110x51x118 cm and also the weight of only 16 kg which makes it an ideal vehicle for use in the city. It can in fact be folded and transported very easily in public transport or loaded in the trunk of the car.
It features a sturdy frame that supports a weight of up to 150 kg and this is also a good one general quality indicator given that the products in this range are resistant up to 120 kg. There is also the certification IP54 which ensures waterproof sprayed with water for 10 minutes, but it is always better to run away in case of rain.
La footboard 56×14,5cm is not wide enough to accommodate two feet in parallel, but thanks to the rubberized surface, it offers plenty of grip and stability. Under the platform we find the easel which I would have preferred slightly shorter because the medium tends to be almost balanced on itself.
Il handlebars measures 51,5cm and is arranged as follows. The knobs are covered in rubber and have a bump that offers a comfortable palm rest; at their ends are mounted the direction indicators. On the side left we find a mechanical bell, the hook to lock the scooter when closed, the lever that controls both brakes. On the right there is the accelerator on which the buttons to control the arrows are also integrated. This solution worked out for me uncomfortable because it forces us to leave the accelerator to signal the direction.
Il it is monochromatic, small but easy to read, placed centrally and shows the current speed, the total kilometers travelled, the remaining battery and the chosen driving mode. THEThe control button is located just below the display, it is a little inconvenient to change the driving mode or turn on the lights when you are driving.
Safety and compliance with the civil code
I electric scooters they had a great diffusion and from an object of amusement they became the protagonists of electric mobility. As is normal, new regulations have also arrived to guarantee the safety of those who buy and drive, but also for others.
From this point of view theEvercross EV10K Pro it has important characteristics while remaining in legality and insecurity.
La braking it is managed by two brakes that work synchronously. Frontally we find the electronic brake which also takes care of recovering kinetic energy. Later, the disc brake mechanical with 120mm disc (usually I find 110mm discs) offers decisive and effective braking.
Il front headlight LED is not directed but has a good yield and allows you to move around safely in the evening. There rear light acts as both a position light and a flashing brake light when braking. To increase visibility (passive) at night there are 4 reflectors, two on the front wheel and two on the rear.
As already mentioned in the introduction, the scooter complies with the new highway code thanks to the direction indicators (the arrows) which are present both on the handlebar and as independent lights at the rear. They also issue a acoustic signal until they are turned off.
I 10 ″ tires they offer greater stability and safety than the classic 8.5″ but they are of type full, therefore comfort suffers but they have the great advantage of being free from the risk of punctures and do not need to be inflated.
Fortunately theEvercross EV10K Pro has a double shock absorbing system on both the front and rear wheels, therefore it absorbs bumps very well and generally improves driving comfort. In addition, good cushioning also ensures better grip, better braking and therefore greater security in general.
Performance and autonomy
The electric scooter Evercross EV10K Pro mounts a 500W brushless front motor. Obviously it is not a "racing" scooter but it offers much more convincing performance than the classic 250W pur remaining within the law.
THEacceleration is great and makes the ride fun. The maximum speed, as required by the highway code, is limited to 20 km/h but it can be increased to 30 km/h using the dedicated application. I honestly believe that even 30 is a limit imposed by software and that it is possible to go even further.
In addition to the "walk" mode designed for pedestrian areas, we have 3 possible driving modes: ECO with limits at 12 km/h and attenuated acceleration; D (drive) with limit at 20 km/h; S (sport) limited to 30 km/h
As the slope increases, speed and fun go hand in hand but it's all in all normal. It also defends well on slopes of 15% and it is important to be able to tackle at least the most common slopes.
Autonomy declared is of 30-35 Km and for once I can confirm it even after my tests. This is thanks to the generous battery by 11.4 Ah (about 8 hours to recharge) which will save you from the obsession with autonomy. I weigh 78 KG and in the tests I've done these days, with mostly uphill and downhill all done in S mode, I've covered the 30 km without difficulty.
Application for Smartphone
It is possible to connect our smartphone via bluetooth to the app EVERCROSS PRO available for both Android and Apple. Connecting via bluetooth is simple: just turn on the scooter for the app to detect it.
In the application, which is well made and graphically accurate, we already find on the main screen a lot of information and functions to activate the lighthouse, the alarm, choose the driving mode, enable the start without push (zero start), activate the cruise control , etc.
The anti-theft for me it has poco sense, because while blocking the wheels and activating a sound signal, it forces the scooter display to remain on, attracting the attention of some bad guys. But it's better than nothing.
Not missing one driving dashboard, showing map, speedometer and history of our rides.
In the settings we can change the unit of measurement, increase the speed limit and update the firmware.
Evercross EV10K Pro Price and Conclusions
The electric scooter Evercross EV10K Pro it is a good product in all respects and is no less than other better known brands. Compact and light, it is ideal for use in the city.
It is among the legal products, even compliant with the latest regulations, despite this it also offers good performance in terms of safety. 10″ wheels, double shock absorber and disc brake are features that are not always found on this category.
Il price it's also interesting because even if it costs €499 in the list, it's only occasionally available on offer (even today) at €424.
