On GFXBench Xiaomi Chiron is really the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 Pro?

It's not so recent news that on the well-known Benchmark site, GFXBench, a mysterious device called a few months ago appeared Xiaomi Chiron. It was thought at the time that he could be the baby boy Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but in reality everything lets you think it might be one the most powerful variant of the new Mi Note 3 …or not?

As you know, we had already informed you of the Possibility of "Bluffing" on benchmark tests altering some system file entries. But in this case the device features in question do not seem to be attributable to another product of the Xiaomi series.

Before you go to see in detail what peculiarity ours reserves technical of this Xiaomi Chiron, I would like to remind you that the reduction of the diagonal of the display and the extreme similarity with Mi Note 6 of Mi Note 3 has snooped the nose to the lovers of the Mi Note series, although many users were waiting for the possible presentation of a Mi 6 Plus from the April's flagship broader display.

There are two characteristics of Mi Note 3 that have stimulated an interpretation of the leaked tab that would confirm that the mysterious device can really be a Mi Notes 3 Pro: the processor Snapdragon 660, although it is actually better than the 821 SD mounted on board Mi Note 2, does not seem to convince users (on paper) and ... display from 5,5 inches is not characteristic of the series.

The specs that glide at the eyes are definitely the size and resolution of the display: it would pass to 5,6 inches (actually quite strange as diagonal) and at a resolution of 1980 x 1080, which is a Wide FULL HD.

The GPU and the maximum processor clock, on the other hand, would confirm the presence of one Snapdragon 835 which may not be the only change compared to the Mi Note 3 already presented: in addition to the 6 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory, in addition to the cameras (12 Mpx for the rear which may be dual and 5 Mpx for the front) there is definitely another aspect to look at.

Perhaps the most careful they will be aware of.

First of all it would be a Single SIM device, a strange thing for a Xiaomi. Personally, this makes me highly suspect that it can be a fake benchmark, but it is not said that the failure to insert two SIMs at one time has made this happen on the benchmark test.

It could therefore actually be one version of Mi Note 3, strongly excluding instead of being a new version of Mi MIX 2, given the size of the display. Moreover, the first series of Mi Notes came in two variants: and if Xiaomi really decided not to disperse the story of the Notes series?

We look forward to your opinions on this, also because it is not so common in the Xiaomi environment that two variants of the same model can have two different processors and features so diverse!
