Google Translate receives Material You, even without Android 12 | Photo

Android 12 has arrived in beta and some devices are testing it. Among these we find several smartphones Xiaomi, but also OnePlus. One of the novelties of this latest release called Tiramisù è Material you. It is a new system of wallpapers and themes that automatically adapt to the smartphone according to the use we make of them. Aside from doing this though, Android 12 also has slightly renewed the style of some apps including Google Translate. Let's see how.

A taste of Android 12 arrives on Google Translate for everyone, even if we have not updated the smartphone to the latest release

In the past few hours, Google Translate on Android has begun to change its appearance. Google's native application is receiving it Android 12's Material You style although smartphones are not yet updated to this major release. Because? We do not know, but the changes are truly remarkable and, between us, it was also time for them to arrive. In the images below we show you how it changed Google Translate with Android 12's Material You.

On the left we see what is the main page of the instant translation app. Basically the "Bubble" in which one wrote becomes one and no more two (previously there were two, one on the left and one on the right). Now all we write will appear below into the language we need to translate into.

Doing swipe down from the small white bar (above the language bubbles) we will arrive at the screen of the chronology of translations. Here, in chronological order from the last to the first, we will find all the translations we have done.

As we said, the application is receiving the update in these hours. The smartphone does not need to be updated to Android 12: our OnePlus 8 is not updated yet we can already use the service. If you don't find these changes, that's enough update application Google Translate from the Play Store.
