Honor presented its new Honor 100 series today in China, consisting of two models: theHonor 100, first smartphone in the world with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, and the 'Honor 100 Pro, equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen2. Both devices stand out for their design, display, camera and battery. Let's see in detail the features and prices of these two smartphones.
Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro official in China: the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip debuts
The Honor 100 series a curved design on all four sides, with one 1.5K resolution OLED screen a 120Hz refresh rate, a maximum brightness of 2.600 nits and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The main difference between the two models is in the front camera: theHonor 100 has a single punch-hole with a 50-megapixel camera, while the 'Honor 100 Pro has a pill-shaped cutout with a 50+8 megapixel dual camera. The rear camera also changes: theHonor 100 has a rectangular module with two 50+12 megapixel sensors, while the 'Honor 100 Pro has an oval module with three 50+12+32 megapixel sensors. Both devices offer support for optical stabilization, optical zoom and SLR mode.
Performance-wise, the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro are based on the new ones Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processors, respectively. These chipsets guarantee high speed and fluidity, as well as support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC and IR blaster. There RAM memory is LPDDR5 type for the Honor 100 and LPDDR5x for the Honor 100 Pro, While the internal memory is UFS 3.1 for the Honor 100 and UFS 4.0 for the Honor 100 Pro. The battery is 5.000mAh for both models, with one 100W fast charging for the Honor 100 and 100W wired and 66W wireless for the Honor 100 Pro.

The series Honor 100 is already on pre-order in China and sales will begin on December 1st. There is no information yet on the global availability of these smartphones.
