Honor officially presented its new mid-range smartphone, theHonor X50GT, which is inspired by the popular anime Fights Break Sphere and offers superior performance and image quality. The device will be available in China from tonight and will go on sale from January 9th starting from 1999 yuan (about 260 euros).
Honor X50 GT officially launched with Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 and 108MP camera
The Honor X50 GT stands out for its circular design of the rear camera module, which it houses three sensors, including a 108 MP main one with f/1.75 aperture and support for 3x zoom. There front camera is instead 8 MP with f/2.0 aperture. The device is available in two colors: Magic Night Black and Silver Winged Ares, the latter characterized by a golden stripe in the center.
Lo screen is a 6,78-inch curved OLED with a resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, touch sampling rate of 600 Hz (1200 Hz instant) and maximum brightness of 1000 nits (1200 nits local). The screen also supports eye protection from natural light and displays 1,07 billion colors.
Under the body, the Honor X50 GT features a Snapdragon 8+ processor down-clocked to 3,0 GHz, flanked by a 12 or 16 GB RAM memory and 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB internal memory. The battery is 5800 mAh and supports 35W fast charging. The operating system is MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13.
Among other features, the Honor The device also supports NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, single speaker, dual microphone, rotor motor, under-screen fingerprint recognition and other intelligent functions.
