Oppo had announced long ago that his previous top range, the Oppo Find 5, would not receive the upgrade to Android 4.4 KitKat, but it seems that the company has fortunately changed its mind.
The controversies that overwhelm Oppo are so many. In fact, the company does not provide the correct software assistance to its devices, allowing a lot of time to pass between one update and another. Find 5 users complained strongly when they heard from Oppo that their device would not receive KitKat. The complaints seem to have convinced Oppo to change strategy. The company responded to a user on the Google+ social network, informing him that both the Find 5 and the N1 will receive the update to Android version 4.4, obviously via the ColorOS ROM.
Unfortunately, even the current Find 7 has not yet been updated to KitKat, so the times for Find 5 and N1 may be very long, but the news is still positive. We hope Oppo works on his software support, because at present the results are very disappointing.
Let us know in your comments whether you are the owners of Find 5 or N1 and if you are waiting KitKat ...
