After confirming that Xiaomi Mi 5X and the long awaited MIUI 9 will officially unveiled on next Wednesday, 26 July, we are able to show you how Xiaomi will be officially the new device thanks to official images which portray it in the three colors.
Three variants will be available (black, gold and rose gold) even though, given the now familiar Xiaomi device coloring story, I do not feel that the white variant can be presented later on, see Xiaomi Mi 6.
A fairly anonymous design, in fact, that gives the idea of being an experiment to the "Frankenstein". Why do I say this? Why, if you notice, it really seems a mix between Mi 5C, Redmi Note 4, Mi 6 and ... an iPhone!
Remember We are 5C for the front panel, Redmi Note 4 for the rear panel, except for the dual camera which however recalls My 6 ... and the position of the audio jack is the classic one of the flagship of Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),.
We do not know if it can be a winning choice, as well as we have no certainty about the leaked specifications on the web on this new device. Exactly the double rear camera, the Xiaomi Mi 5X should mount a display from 5,5 inches (which would seem confirmed by the images) in FULL HD resolution. This should accompany a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with 4 GB of RAM memory, but other rumors would reveal the presence of the latest and most powerful processor Snapdragon 660 and a RAM quantity of well 6 GB.
Always for the record of duty we include what should be, then, the specifications relating to them cameras of the new Mi 5X. We talk about a double sensor Sony IMX386 by 12 Megapixel for rear cameras and a nice one Samsung S5k3m3 for the front camera that should reach i 16 Megapixel.
Finally, we recall that the presentation of the new Xiaomi smartphone, which will surely see the presentation of the new MIUI 9, will be made the same day that Meizu will showcase its new flagship Pro 7 to the world. We'll see who's gonna shoot her!
