A few months ago we had reported of Xiaomi's climb in the TV market in China, with the brand that after several years of growth has finally dominated the sector in October. Today, however, an even more interesting and important data arrives, Xiaomi has in fact managed to become the first TV manufacturer in the Asian country for the entire year 2019.

Specifically, as we can see in the image above, the market research carried out by the AVC agency (Avi Cloud), shows our favorite Chinese brand in first position by number of units sold for the period from January 2019, 30 to 2019. November 2019, so basically almost the whole of XNUMX.
Xiaomi has managed to rise to the top of the ranking in just 6 years from the beginning of its experience in the TV sector in the near 2013. This is mainly thanks to the fact that the brand has decided to focus immediately on Smart TVs and to adopt the same policy. company used for Xiaomi smartphones, therefore having high quality products at ultra competitive prices.
In any case, Xiaomi seems to dominate the Chinese TV market since July of this year with over four million units sold in the first half of 2019. While by the end of the year it is expected to see over 10 million TVs sold and send.
So the Chinese technology giant will have done better than other well-known brands (in China) and certainly more long-lived in the TV sector such as Changhong, Konka, Haier, TCL and many others.
