We were expecting his presentation today but apparently Meizu has slightly anticipated the times: yesterday was officially presented the Meizu MX4 Ubuntu Edition!
THEMX4 Ubuntu Edition is the first top smartphone smartphone to equip the mobile version of the operating system of Canonical, and even in this new incarnation seems to be a really interesting device. The whole OS is based on gesture and does not require the use of keys, the entire user experience is based on touches, stroking, Swype e touch controls. It will also be possible to download the apps fromUbuntu Store though, unfortunately, at the moment there are not many applications available, we trust that with time they will increase in number.
Regarding the hardware aspect we have nothing different from the current one MX4 equipped with Android, same processor, same amount of RAM and same camera.
THEMX4 Ubuntu Edition is already available for purchase at China's official website Meizu in white and gold colors at the price of dollars 290, about 253 € at the current exchange rate.
