Yesterday the American giant Microsoft held a conference in which it announced new devices including the new Surface Pro 9; let's go find out more.
Microsoft Surface Pro 9 official with new Intel and Qualcomm CPUs
The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 arrives with a 13-inch display with a resolution of 2880 x 1.20 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and an aspect ratio of 3: 2, all in a lost of about 879 grams.
The tablet was launched in two versions, one with Intel Core i5-1235U and one with Intel Core i7-1255U, of processors with a base power of 15 W; RAM options include 8GB, 16GB and 32GB, while for storage we have 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
There is also a version with SQ3 processor derived from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8CX with 4GB and 8GB LPDDR16x RAM cuts.
The tablet supports Windows Hello facial authentication and has two USB Type-C connectors (USB 4.0 / Thunderbolt 4).
The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is powered by a 47,7 Wh battery that should last up to 15:30 hours, but that's probably an incredibly optimistic battery estimate. Finally, the tablet PC will be available in the planned Platinum, Sapphire, Forest and Graphite colors.
As for prices, the Surface Pro 9 will be sold in Italy with a starting price of € 1329 for the Intel Core i5-1235U, 8/256 GB model. While the Qualcomm version with 8 / 128GB will cost € 1569.
