The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra should boast a OLED display high resolution, probably 1440p, with a high 144Hz refresh rate. The curved panel will be embellished with a central hole for the front camera, while the design promises to be elegant, with a metal frame and a glass back.

In the photography department, the Edge 50 Ultra is said to include a three-lens system. The main sensor should be from 50 megapixel with a large sensor from 1 / 1.3 inches. Next to this, there will be a periscope lens from 75 mm which will offer one 3.2x optical zoom, ideal for capturing details of distant objects. The specifications of the third sensor remain a mystery, but it is speculated that it could be an ultrawide lens for breathtaking landscapes.

Under the hood, the Edge 50 Ultra is expected to be powered by the latest chipset Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 from Qualcomm, a recently introduced sub-flagship mobile processor. The phone has already appeared on Geekbench with this chip, getting 1947 points in single-core tests and 5149 points in multi-core tests. There is also talk of a quantity of RAM up to 12GB.

As for charging, it is rumored that the device will support one wired charging from 125w for quick recharges, and there are even rumors of one wireless charging from 50W. Despite the charging speed, Motorola seems intent on providing the Edge 50 Ultra with one relatively modest 4500mAh battery.

In conclusion, Motorola's Edge 50 Ultra is shaping up as a strong contender in the high-end smartphone landscape. With its flagship specifications and a good compromise in the field of photography and performance, this device could attract many photography enthusiasts who don't want to spend a lot.

Now we just have to see if expectations will be met once the phone is officially revealed.
