Once again to confuse the ideas, a new patent appears on what concerns a hypothesis of rear camera on future Xiaomi smartphones. This time, to give a frame-free and decidedly Full Screen appearance, Lei Jun's company could adopt a tilting rear camera style, which if necessary will also perform the selfie camera function.
To be honest, not a real novelty since for over 6 months, Asus has pulled the Zenfone 6 device out of its tech cylinder, which precisely uses the same or otherwise identical technology hypothesized by Xiaomi in its patent.

According to public information from the Chinese Intellectual Property Office (CNIPA), the patent was filed in early 2018 and was recently approved for inclusion. Although not original, it is still a good solution to have a clean design with various holes and notches. Note, however, that there are two versions of the same patent, as the cover photo shows us a device with cameras (there seem to be 5) moved to the left while the photo below portrays the same hypothetical smartphone with a centered and symmetrical photo module I respect the rest of the components.
The rsto of the images shows us a traditional aspect without any distortion of the design we are used to. Power button and volume rocker on the right while on the left there is the SIM trolley and a button, probably intended for starting the voice assistant. Finally in the lower part we find Type-C charging input, speaker and main microphone while on the upper profile there is no trace of IR transmitter or other.
I don't know about you, but it makes you smile that now these smartphones have become real multitasking tools, so much so that someone sometimes forgets that you can even call them.
