OnePlus 9: new photos reveal cameras, processor and screen

Next year will not only be that of folding smartphones, but also that of flagships with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. The new processor will be equipped on all top-of-the-range smartphones of 2021 and this will take the level of mobile devices to other levels. Among these smartphones we will obviously also find OnePlus 9, which came out today. Of the new live photos show the rear photographic compartment and the display. Let's go and see what we will find inside and outside the body.

This will be OnePlus 9: double-sided design unveiled by new photos. Few changes compared to the 8 series

If we consider the more obvious things like the next generation processor as "novelty", then OnePlus 9 will truly present itself as an expected device. But if instead we take it for granted that this SoC will be integrated on the best smartphones of the next year (as it will be), then the disappointment for the brand device is insured. Here are our impressions. According to a leaker on Slashleaks, the one in the picture should be the next top of the range of OnePlus.

OnePlus 9: new photos reveal cameras, processor and screen

If we compare the sketches shared days ago with this shot, things come back: the photographic module is the same as the one shown above. The presence of the hole at the top left where the front camera will be housed also seems to correspond. But what else do we know?

  • cameras: we will find two 48 megapixel sensors and one 5 megapixel, probably a macro lens
  • RAM and storage: there will be a version with configuration 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage
  • processor: a discounted Snapdragon 888
  • : it seems that the standard version will have 120Hz refresh rate support. This is the only plus for us .. Furthermore, the panel will be a 6.58 ″, a thread larger than the base model of the 8 series which measures 6.55 ″

Having said that, however, it must be said that the source is not the most reliable, therefore take the information with due caution.
