The amount of headphones that OnePlus is selling is mind blowing. Just look at the number of reviews (positive but also negative) on Amazon after a few months of launch. But are they really worth what they cost? It seems that the OnePlusBuds, brand's first true wireless headphones we have quite a few problems that users are complaining about. Problems with the left earphone of the OnePlus Buds: unfortunately it is a hardware problem, so there is only one way to solve and you don't like it
You will surely have immediately understood that the only way to resolve is the warranty return. Yes, because the OnePlus Buds suffer from a hardware problem (therefore of internal components) and not software (resolvable through an update). As anticipated, many users are complaining about the audio quality of the brand's headphones, especially that left. It looks like a factory problem make it stop playing after a few days from the first use.
It is a problem that affects only the audio and not the operation of the touch. Of course, not that this is good: headphones are used to hear music. But at least the touch controls can be used without problems. The sound stops randomly in the left earphone; turn Bluetooth off and on of the smartphone and then reconnecting the OnePlus Buds would solve the problem apparently, but after the first hours of use the worry manifests itself again. Clearly the only way to remedy the unpleasant situation is the replacement of headphones same, if under warranty. But beware: a user reports that the second pair of headphones also arrived failed.
