OnePlus it will not be among the companies that has hurried to release Android 11 (thanks to the OxygenOS 11) but it is not even the last. According to what revealed by Android Police, OnePlus would have confirmed that the release of the update to launcher in version 5.0.2.4 (current version) it will also be for older devices with OxygenOS 10. These also include those of 6 series. Unfortunately, this new version it does not offer all features that the launcher can be expected to have on new devices, such as more scroll-down options or the Google Discover integration. However, it offers the updated shelf design and a handful of app drawer tweaks to kickstart a search.

Certainly this is not OxygenOS 11 but at least there is a slight rejuvenation. This step is very important and makes it clear that the company cares about the user experience of all brand aficionados. In fact it would be good from time to time a nice update.
We don't know when this update will arrive on older brand devices but we expect that within one / two months the game will be done. From the moment the update is released, therefore, all users with OxygenOS 10 installed will be able to use a quasi-complete launcher OxygenOS 11.
