OnePlus recently unveiled the OnePlus North 3, the latest addition to its Nord range of mid-range devices and successor to last year's capable OnePlus Nord 2T. The OnePlus Nord 3 is powered by a processor MediaTek Dimensity 9000 and can be configured with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This time, the display has a refresh rate of 120Hz, compared to its predecessor's 90Hz panel, and the 6,74-inch flat display has a resolution of 2772 x 1240. Like the Nord 2T, the maximum fast charging speed of the Nord 3 is 80w, which OnePlus claims it will charge the battery from 5,000mAh of the device from 1 to 60% in 15 minutes. Also included is a physical alert selector (a typical OnePlus addition). It will be available in a choice of green or gray and will work with OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13.
As far as cameras are concerned, the OnePlus Nord 3 comes with a main sensor of 50 megapixel with optical image stabilization. It's the same sensor that OnePlus used in its recent flagship OnePlus 11, which had a good, if not exactly state-of-the-art camera system. Secondary lenses include an ultra-wide angle from 8 megapixel, a macro from 2 megapixel and a selfie camera from 16 megapixel.
Prices and availability
I preorders they open today and will be on free sale from 12 July. It will cost €449 for the model with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory e €499 for the model with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.
