Although lagging behind other famous brands, OPPO has noticed our market which is giving it many joys in terms of sales performance and therefore of revenues to be able to invest in projects, new technologies but above all in production. So putting aside for a moment the innovation strategy that has long distinguished the brand from the mass of rivals, a recent Bloomberg report reveals that OPPO is willing to move part of the production of its products to European Turkey.
Apparently the Asian brand seems willing to get off to a great start with the new project, so much so that the production line will leverage two factories located in Istanbul and in the north-western province of Kocaeli. An investment plan for a value of about 40 million euros, which will allow OPPO a capillary expansion throughout Europe, climbing the sales positions that have long been occupied by other competitors, and the collapse of Huawei will only facilitate the climbing.
The interesting thing about the development project in Europe is that the plants will be used for 360 ° production and not just for the final assembly phase. Natrually this move by OPPO is also preventive towards any weakening policies and dependence on the Chinese supply chain alone.
