As we know, towards the end of 2021 OPPO released the new Find N, its first foldable ever. Well, now the Chinese brand seems to want to launch another one, but this time it will be a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip style clamshell model.

The leak comes from Indian blogger Mukul Sharma who su 91Mobiles revealed that OPPO has started work on its first foldable smartphone with a clamshell design and that the device is expected to hit the market in the third quarter of 2022. Unfortunately, its name is not yet known, but we expect it to be part of the OPPO series. Find just like the Find N mentioned earlier.
In addition to the new foldable clamshell, OPPO would also be working on another large foldable smartphone that should be the successor to the current OPPO Find N. For now, we don't have a launch period, but we can expect it to be launched towards the end of. 2022 or at the beginning of next year, or in the same launch period of the OPPO Find N.
In any case, while the Find N-style foldables are incredible, these are expensive, much more expensive than any flagship on the market. This is where clamshell foldables should dominate, bringing a relatively inexpensive foldable screen device.
