It is reported that OPPO set up a subsidiary Shoupu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2019 to work on building a new chip. The company changed its name to Zheku Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (ZEKU) in July 2020.
As the core force of OPPO smartphone manufacturing, ZEKU's product line includes core application processors, short-distance communications, 5G modem, radio frequency, ISP, and power management chips.
One of the latest devices to use ZEKU products is the OPPO Find X6. The latest flagship is equipped with one AMOLED screen from 6,74 inches with 2772×1240 pixel resolution, a dynamic refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of up to 360Hz.
