Unfortunately there will be no Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro with Snapdragon 710!

Six days ago, the 19 July, Xiaomi released the long-awaited Xiaomi Mi Max 3. This smartphone is available in two models with different storage levels, and both are powered by the processor Snapdragon 636. Before the announcement of this device, the rumors circulating on the Internet had claimed that there would be another variant with more power of this phone, which one would call Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro and it would arrive with Snapdragon 710, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory.

Even after the release of Mi Max 3, the voices of Mi Max 3 Pro did not stop at all. However, Zhi Zhiyuan, which it is the marketing director of products launched by the company, confirmed that the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro does not exist.

Mi Max 3 Pro

The previous acquisition published on the Chinese social network, Weibo, confirms that the company has no plans to launch a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro with Snapdragon 710. The original Mi Max 3 which features the SD636 processor is a rather impressive smartphone, thus becoming a worthy successor to the Mi Max 2 launched last year. It came with a bigger screen, a bigger battery, a better processor and an innovative design.

Following closely the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, this smartphone has a IPS LCD from 6,99 inches offering a format report 18: 9 and a resolution FHD + of 2160 x 1080 pixel. Because it has a high aspect ratio but with top and bottom bevels, the size of the smartphone is almost similar to that of a traditional 6,3 inch smartphone.

The chipset Snapdragon 636 supports 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory and 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory provided by the variants. On the other hand, it also has a huge battery with a capacity of 5.500 mAh. The large battery is compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 and is equipped with a reversal function that allows you to charge other devices.

The dual camera configuration from 12 megapixel + 5 megapixel is located on the rear panel of the Mi Max 3. To capture famous selfie, this phone has a 8 megapixel front camera. Finally, it is sold with Android 8.1 Oreo and MIUI 9.5. As for prices, the variant with 64 GB of storage space is priced at 1.699 yuan (214 €), while the one with 128 GB is priced at 1.999 yuan (252 €).

Mi Max 3 Pro

The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE which was launched together with Mi 8 and Mi 8 Explorer Edition smartphones, the 31 May this year is the first Xiaomi smartphone to have Snapdragon 710. Perhaps because of this, launching a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro with the same processor, for now exclusive to the Mi 8 SE, could greatly affect the sales of both phones.

I am a young boy, keen on being a child of all technology, but specifically in the mobile world, Android and Xiaomi! I have known this company by mistake at the age of 10 and have since become part of my life. I love everything about Android: apps, games, material design, Google, programming and much more!
