Snapdragon Wear 5100 is rumored to have a quad-core processor with ARM Cortex-A73 core. For comparison, the Wear 4100 is powered by ARM Cortex-A53 cores.

Qualcomm has confirmed that the new Snapdragon Wear SoCs will be released "within the next year".
