Let's go talk about the RAI license fee, after some time ago, we discussed the possibility of the tax exit from the electricity bill. This time, however, for the "crafty" there is no news poco reassuring. It is true that by paying the fee in the bill, the possibility of evasion is minimal (and the data shows it), but someone could still be able to not pay. There Guardia di Finanza, after careful checks, he decided to make them more salty sanctions and also to prepare one criminal heavier. Let's see the details.

What risks those who do not pay the RAI license fee? How much is the penalty for tax evaders? Hefty fine but also imprisonment for the "smart guys".

As reported by the official RAI website, the fee is "payable" to all electronic equipment that receive the terrestrial signal o satellite broadcasting via antenna. Conversely, it means that the payment of the RAI license fee it is not intended for devices such as tablets, PCs and smartphones. This is because these devices do not use the radio signal, but the internet connection. However, we do know of the proposal for which tablets, smartphones and PCs could be subject to the RAI fee.
