Razer has introduced a new version of the Kishi gamepad for smartphones. The gaming accessory received a number of hardware innovations designed to make mobile gaming as comfortable as possible for the user. At the same time, Android smartphone owners only will appreciate the benefits of the controller. At least for now.
Like the original model, the Razer Kishi V2 features a sliding design that allows you to adapt the controller to almost all modern smartphones. In particular, the manufacturer claims that the new product is compatible with the Razer Phone and Phone 2, all Samsung Galaxy models starting with the S8 / Note 8 models, as well as with the Google Pixel 2 and later devices of this series.
In the new gamepad, the manufacturer has replaced the membranes of the game buttons with gods microswitches and at the same time added a couple of programmable bumpers located next to the main triggers and a button Share. It only works in conjunction with the Razer Nexus mobile app for Android. Can be used to find controller compatible games, stream the gameplay on YouTube, adjust the controller settings and program the bumpers.
Razer Kishi V2 is connected to a smartphone via a port USB type C. The gamepad is already available in the official online shop for $ 99,99 but only for Android. The Apple version will hit the market this fall.
