The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme has just officially presented the new Realme 8 series, which includes the Realme 8 and the Realme 8 Pro.
Realme 8 and Official 8 Pro: 108MP camera starting at $ 244
Let's start with the Realme 8 Pro and its strong point: photography. The Realme 8 pro adopts the latest generation 2MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM108 sensor as its main camera. A sensor with a size of 1 / 1,52 inches and 9-in-1 pixel binning technology, ISOCELL Plus and Smart-ISO to increase the pixel size and thus take higher quality photos even in low light conditions. Other cameras include 8MP ultra wide angle, 5MP macro and 2MP B&W.
The smartphone also has the In-sensor Zoom function that allows you to obtain greater zoom sharpness. In particular in the 3x mode the sensor will use only the 12 megapixels mapped with the enlarged part to generate an image.
We also have the Starry Mode with time-lapse video to create time-lapse of the starry sky, tilt-shift photography to create photos with a miniature effect and new Portrait modes to take portraits with very interesting effects.
As for the other specifications, the Realme 8 Pro comes with a 6,4 ″ OLED display with Full HD + resolution and integrated fingerprint sensor. While inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.
Finally, the smartphone is powered by a 4500mAh battery with support for 50W SuperDart Charge fast charging.
Moving on to the standard Realme 8, the smartphone is almost identical to the Pro version but adopts a camera of “only” 64MP, a MediaTek Helio G95 as CPU and fast charging drops to 30W.
