Realme C55 will be presented in Milan

The official date for the global announcement of the realme C55 it has been revealed. The smartphone in question had been certified by numerous platforms in recent days, and now it is preparing for the launch on the global market, also in our country. Here are all the details.

As previously announced by Francis Wong, the head of the European branch of realme, the Chinese manufacturer's new C Series device will be presented on 22 March next during a launch event to be held in Milan.

The goal of realme C Series, as stated by Wong, is to become the leader of the industry by providing features that exceed user expectations and democratizing signature features to enhance the overall user experience.

Analyzing the technical specifications of the C55, it seems that the device has what it takes to be a success. However, the price at which it will be offered in Italy still remains a mystery. In Indonesia, the 8GB/256GB version is already on sale at a price of 2.999.000 Rupees (about 182 euros).

The technical characteristics of realme C55

The realme C55 boasts a 6,72 LCD display and back camera from 64 MP with 0,7μm pixels and an optical format of 1/2″, the same sensor used on the realme GT Master Edition.

The processor is a MediaTek Helio G88 at 12nm (Dual 2GHz Cortex-A75 + Hexa 2GHz 6x Cortex-A55 CPU), supported by 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM (dynamic up to 16GB) and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 type storage space. The realme C55 runs on Android 13 with realme UI 4.0 interface.

Furthermore, the realme C55 is the first device of the Chinese company to use the "Mini Capsule", a sort of Apple's "Dynamic Island" which intelligently extends to the right and left of the 8MP camera offering a series of information status of charge, data usage, steps and distance traveled during the day and more.
