The first details on the Redmi 13 5G have leaked: here's what we know

The Redmi 13 5G should in fact be equipped with one battery 5,000mAh, thus guaranteeing more than excellent autonomy. This data is not surprising, considering that the predecessor, the Redmi 12 5G, also had a battery of the same capacity. However, the real news lies in charging: the new model will support one quick charge from 33W, a significant step forward compared to the 18W of the previous model.

Today we also discover that for the Redmi 13 5G we are talking about the internal code N19 and the code name "Breeze". As for the model numbers, the 2406ERN9CC appears to be associated with the Chinese variant, while the 2406ERN9CI would identify the Indian edition.

Another variant, with model number 24066PC95I, is on its way to India. This device could be launched as a product Poco, probably under the name of “Poco M7 5G”. Both devices, the Redmi 13 5G and the Poco M7 5G, should arrive on the market with the Android 14 operating system based on HyperOS on board. The remaining details are still shrouded in mystery.

We quickly remind you that the previous Redmi 12 5G offered a 6.79-inch IPS LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution support, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128 GB of internal memory . The 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, the Android 13 operating system based on MIUI 13 and a side fingerprint scanner completed the picture. As for photography, it was equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera system.

We just have to wait to find out more info on the new entry level from Redmi.
