Today, Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has added a new 2K PC monitor to its catalogue. The new product is called Redmi Display P27QBA-RA and is now on sale in China at a price of only 869 yuan, about 110 euros at current exchange rates.
Redmi Display P27QBA-RA launched: 27 "2K 75Hz monitor with 65W USB Type-C port for only 869 yuan (110 euros)
As the name suggests, the new Redmi Display P27QBA-RA comes with a panel that has a 27 inch diagonal. It is one IPS type screen and with a resolution of 2560*1440 (2K) which supports a 75Hz refresh rate, therefore higher than ordinary monitors that typically support a 60Hz refresh rate. The panel then has a viewing angle of 178 °, supports 16,7 million colors and a color depth of 8 bits, has a brightness of 250 nits, a wide color gamut of 100% sRGB and 95% DCIP-3 .
At the same time, the display has surpassed the TUV low blue light certification. After turning on the low blue light mode, it can filter out short-wave blue light, and with DC dimming, it can effectively reduce the display screen flickering and reduce eye damage caused by long-time use.
As far as connectivity is concerned, the Redmi Display P27QBA-RA comes with a DP1.4 type port, a USB port, an HDMI port, a 3,5mm headphone jack and there is too a multifunctional USB Type-C interface, which can charge the laptop while transmitting audio and video signals and data, and also supports a reverse charging with a maximum power of 65W.
In other respects, the display supports wall mounting with VESA specifications, supports viewing angle adjustment, and in China it also has 3 years original warranty and on-site service by after-sales technicians.
What can I say, a monitor with excellent specifications at a very affordable price. All we have to do is hope it comes to us too.
