The presentation of the new Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro has just ended, two devices that in a certain sense replace the old MAX series from Xiaomi. The interest in the two mid-range devices is certainly high but the thought also goes to the future top of the range of the Redmi brand, namely the K30 Pro, which has been much discussed in recent weeks. Just today a rumor came out regarding the price, to which is added further information, which on the one hand could make many happy but on the other instead turn up their noses.
Redmi K30 Pro will not include Samsung's 108 MP sensor, equipped on Xiaomi's flagship machines of this early 2020 and the explanation is due to cost containment. At present the modules used will be those of 48 and 64 MP, at least until the cost of more "huge" sensors in terms of MP will drop so that they can be integrated into future terminals.
108MP on #RedmiNote phone? Hopefully one day, but not tomorrow!
The incredible price at which we launch #RedmiNote, makes it tough to integrate 108MP. This camera module costs a lot more.
For now, 108MP will only be in our flagship #Me series devices.#Xiaomi ❤️ #ILoveRedmiNote https://t.co/xQBSn5BVWr

On the other hand, Redmi represents the philosophy that has made a company like Xiaomi great, namely that of offering the best benefits at the lowest cost and this does not necessarily mean having the latest available hardware equipped on a smartphone.
So if you were expecting a Redmi K30 Pro equipped with a full-bodied sensor, seen in terminals like Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, you have to put your hopes in a drawer but you can instead hope for a really aggressive price.
Redmi K30 will not have a 108 MP sensor, but it will not be alone in its debut
We can however console ourselves with the fact that the company has planned, for the debut of Redmi K30 Pro, to support a series of products that will increase the ecosystem of the Xiaomi rib brand. This is directly revealed to us by the CEO of the brand, Lu Weibing, through a post on his social profile, in which he guarantees not only the presentation of the new K30 Pro but precisely the launch of new smart products.
Unfortunately nothing else has been added, but it is possible to imagine that we would be dealing with the sequel to the highly appreciated TWS Redmi AirDots headphones, as well as gadgets to be added to the new Redmi K30 Pro flahship, such as a dedicated cover and why not, a wearable . Ours are assumptions, but the CEO has been clear: no further mobile devices will be presented, therefore only gadgets. Who among you wants to guess which will be the new products that Redmi will support the K30 Pro?
