After presenting a new enhanced version of the Redmi K30 a few days ago, under the name of Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition, the Chinese brand now seems willing to launch a weakened one too; it will be called Redmi K30i.
Redmi K30i: New leak reveals memory configurations and colors
As we learned in the previous weeks, this device will almost certainly be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 800 as a processor. This CPU will then be supported by a 5G modem to bring support to next generation networks. Well, today we have instead discovered the amount of RAM and internal memory that will arrive with the K30i, or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. So at the moment it would seem that only the above variant is released.
That said, smartphones will differ at least in color. The same leakster has indeed revealed that we will have two different colors: purple and white.
As for the rest of the hardware, we expect to find four rear cameras with the main one having 48MP resolution. While all other specifications are expected to be identical to those of the Redmi K30 5G released in December last year.
This means that the device will be equipped with a 6,67-inch diagonal screen, with Full HD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. We will therefore have a more fluid user experience both as regards gaming and within the MIUI interface. The display is LCD type and not AMOLED as it is on the successor, the Redmi K30 Pro. There are also two selfie cameras in the double pill picture in the upper right corner, this one has resolutions of 20MP and 2MP, although this the last is nothing more than a sensor to add the blur effect.
Finally, we should find a large 4500mAh battery with fast charging support with a maximum power of 30W. While the price should be around 1799 Yuan, around 235 euros at the current exchange rate.
