For several weeks now we have been talking about the long-awaited Redmi K50 series which should debut in China soon. Well, today a new leak appeared online seems to reveal the possible prices of the entire range.

According to information released by the leakster, the Redmi K50 equipped with the Snapdragon 870 processor and which supports 67W fast charging will have a starting price of 1999 yuan, about 270 euros. The Redmi K50 Pro equipped with Dimensity 8000 with support for fast charging from 66W, will have a starting price of 2699 yuan (370 euros). The Redmi K50 Pro + equipped with Dimensity 9000 and which supports 120W fast charging, will have a starting price of 3299 yuan (450 euros). Finally, the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition which will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip, will support 120W fast charging and will have a starting price of 3499 yuan (480 euros).
Recall that previous leaks had revealed that the Redmi K50 Pro + will reach the high-end segment although it is equipped with a MediaTek processor, the Dimensity 9000. In fact, it is a very performing chipset and not at all inferior to the Snapdragon 8 Gen1.
As for the rest, the smartphone will be equipped with a high refresh screen and 2K resolution, a large main sensor, as well as the pixels inside it. The final price does not exclude that it will bring some competition with the Xiaomi 12, even if the two will have different strengths.
While going to the version of the Redmi K50 with the lower-end Snapdragon 870, it is expected that the price will be reduced further, as it has the same specifications as its predecessor which also cost 1999 yuan. So if we don't see big improvements in other respects, the price should be lower.
