We admit it: the title is a little scary. The fear of seeing between poco time a new device when maybe, days ago we bought the last of the series. We refer in particular to the series Redmi Note which has recently seen the birth of the ninth member of the family. But a few minutes ago we did one really succulent discovery: the existence of Redmi Note 10 in 5G version. This device is nowhere to be found except in a list that was long ago disclosed by a well-known Russian leaker: it seems instead that it is closer than we thought.
A new device appears on a benchmark portal: it is Redmi Note 10 in 5G version. But there is something about him that we already know
In a portal that deals with benchmarks we discovered the existence of this device that bears the name of "Xiaomi Note 10 Redmire". At first glance we thought it was a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 but there was one thing that immediately made us come to life, namely the processor. It is in fact, according to this benchmark, that the smartphone in question will be equipped with a processor that in Europe is still unpublished for Xiaomi: MediaTek Dimensity 820 5G.
Before cursing Xiaomi for the amount of devices it presents from month to month, let's stop for a moment. There is something to do proper clarification: first of all on the far right we notice a score highlighted in red, corresponding to Redmi Note 10. In superscript there is a number indicating that the device could use (at the time of the test suppose) an unofficial prototype or hardware version: therefore making predictions now would be really useless.
Secondly we see that the CPU named, as mentioned above, is the MediaTek Dimensity 820 5G SoC. This chipset could compete on equal terms with it Snapdragon 765G which, on the other hand, is more expensive. But does this name remind you of something? It is the same processor mounted on Redmi 10X, the new exclusive medium range for China presented days ago and king of performance
This leads us to think that this Redmi Note 10 will be a remix of Redmi 10X. We hope this assumption is wrong also by virtue of the fact that a Redmi is mentioned on the benchmark RAM from 8 GB: we know that Chinese standard version only has 6 GB of RAM and therefore this suggests that there will be some difference.
