Apparently a new Redmi-branded smartphone will be launched shortly, creating even more confusion in the international market scene, adding to the already large family of Redmi Note 9, which currently boasts 4 devices, 3 of which we could define the same model except for some small differences.
The fifth member was from poco certified by the IMDA agency in Singapore, contributing to the confirmation that the Xiaomi spin off brand is ready to debut its Redmi Note 9 5G, but this same device should tread the global scene like Redmi Note 10 5G.

To give us these indications is a post on the social Twitter by Mukul Sharma, which highlights the fact that traditionally, Xiaomi has adopted the suffix of the letter "C" to indicate that the model concerns the Chinese market while the suffix "G ”Indicates the global variant. In fact, Redmi Note 9 5G, for example, appears as M2007J22C in the Chinese databases, while in the Singapore databases IMDA was revealed as M2007J22G.
Redmi Note 10 will be the global version of Redmi Note 9 5G
But it does not end here because there also seems to be a standard variant of Redmi Note 10 in circulation, therefore without 5G connectivity, which in reality also proposes itself with a different design, focusing everything on autonomy thanks to a 6000 mAh battery with support for fast charging and four cameras on the rear arranged in a rectangle on the upper left side of the body. Instead Redmi Note 10 5G will have a look more similar to the recent one POCO X3 NFC and / or in any case to the traditional top of the range branded Redmi, as you can see in the two photos compared that appeared in the TENAA database.

Even for the 5G model the cameras on the rear are 3 and not 4, inserted in a circular module. In this case, fast charging is supported with a power of 22,5W but at the moment the rest of the technical specifications are rather uncertain, even if everything seems to point towards the adoption of a MediaTek chipset.
If everything were to be confirmed we just have to wait for the debut for next week and begin to shed some light on the chaos of devices that are recently populating the virtual shelves of the Xiaomi / Redmi market.
