It seems that the Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is preparing the launch of the new generation of the series Redmi Note 13, one of the most popular ranges in the smartphone market, thanks to its excellent value for money.

In fact, two new Xiaomi phones have just obtained the certification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China, which portends an imminent official presentation. Models are 23090RA98C e 2312DRA50C, and according to GSMA IMEI database, the former belongs to Redmi series and includes global version, Indian version and Chinese version. Also, the number “2309” at the beginning of the model suggests that the release of this new device is scheduled for “September 2023”.
Although there is no official confirmation from Xiaomi yet, some leaks and rumors have already revealed some features of the Redmi Note 13 series. In particular, the leaker @Kacper Skrzypek said that the Redmi Note 13 series could be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor, an octa-core chipset with a maximum frequency of 2,5 GHz and a Mali-G68 GPU. This processor would be able to support 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and 120Hz screen.
As for the photographic sector, the Redmi Note 13 series could show off one 200MP+8MP+2MP triple rear camera. The main camera would be a 3 megapixel Samsung HP200 sensor, which would be able to capture detailed and bright images thanks to Nonacell technology. The target ultra wide angle would be a Sony IMX355 da 8 megapixel, while the 2 megapixel sensor that would be an OmniVision OV2B10 (it's not clear if it's a macro or a depth). The FThe front camera would be a 16 MP OmniVision OV1A16Q.
Finally, the design of the Redmi Note 13 series could be very similar to that of the Mi 13, Xiaomi's flagship. Digital blogger Digital Chat Station has shared a sketch of the Note 13 Pro+, which would show a flat screen with extremely narrow edges, with a square Deco lens. The screen would have a Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
We just have to wait for the official announcement by Xiaomi to find out if these rumors will prove to be true or not.
