They have passed poco more than 24 hours since we gave you the news of one Android beta 9 Pie for Xiaomi Mi A2, and now we confirm it with the official release of the offending update to beta testers, perhaps the one we provided the link for in the previous article. There is poco to add to what has been said, if not that the security patches are updated in November 2018 and that there are all the most important features of Android 9 Pie like the adaptive battery, the new function keys or the possibility to choose to switch from the old navigation system to the new one based on gestures.
Released Android 9 Pie for Xiaomi Mi A2 (beta tester)
We have no official dates on when Xiaomi intends to release the new Google operating system in the final analysis, but Xiaomi Mi A2 could receive everything in stable way by the end of the year, just like it happened with Mi A1 for the transition to Oreo, hoping that the bugs that the beta testers will find are much lower than the first Chinese Android One has suffered in the past.

- support to the notch: automatic and intelligent organization of icons and toggles in the status bar;
- adaptive battery: decrease in consumption and increase in autonomy by adjusting brightness, CPU and applications according to the user's daily use;
- applications like AppTimer o Wind Down: applications through which Google wants to limit the excessive and compulsive use of the smarphone, giving the user an overview of the time of use of the device;
- gesture: probably never reach the iPhone level but Android 9.0 Pie promises an almost total use of the device through swipe in different directions.
