Unfortunately, until a date to be defined, the developments of the ROMs will be released discontinuously following the development of the new MIUI 10 interface. In this update, the developers have reduced the frequency of the FC problem and improved the general stability of the system, focusing solely on the Redmi device Notes 3 Qualcomm.

Correct - The phone will restart when using YouTube to watch videos.
Recent (Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm)
Correct - Empty applications appear in recent tabs.
There is no further information regarding the other devices, so we can imagine that they have not been taken into consideration at all or at most only minor bugs have been fixed. Currently the ROM download link is still being updated.
