Today he presented Roborock S7, the latest generation robot that promises not only deep cleaning, but also unparalleled functionality. In fact, a "dustbin" compatible , automatically empty the contents of the robot.

The last time we talked about an automatic company robot it was in reference to a experiment poco orthodox which wanted to demonstrate how all devices connected to the smart home could be harmful to our privacy. Leaving aside this small detail, today we see the new Roborock S7. It is a evolution of previous models which brings significant changes. Perhaps the most important is the one called VibraRise: it is a feature that allows you to raise the brushes every time the robot finds an obstacle such as carpets. But these are not the only changes.
The Roborock S7 is also more powerful than before. It goes to a total of 3000 turns per minute of brushes and this makes it the most powerful ever launched by the company. To this we add one 2500 Pa suction power (like the S6 MaxV). The brushes that are no longer just rubber. The last "internal" feature of the device is the battery from 5200 mAh. The company confirms that the robot will be available by the second quarter of 2021 at a cost of 550 € approx. It seems like a lot, but that's not all.
As for the other features we have a charging time less than 6 hours and an autonomy that allows you to wash up to 300 m² and dry 200. Do not miss the mapping in real time and the voice control via Alexa, Siri and Google Assistant. Another novelty is the "thorough cleaning”Which allows you to wash twice on the same surface.

The company's products are excellent if we look at the value for money, but they have a single defect: man is necessarily needed to finish the job. The company knows this and in fact has heralded the arrival of one mobile dustbin which can however be attached to the wall. This will be compatible not only with the S7 but also with other previous robots (it was not specified which ones).
