According to what was announced by the company itself, the launch of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor will take place during the Snapdragon Summit event, scheduled from 24 26 to November 2023. During the event, Qualcomm is also expected to reveal details about the new Oryon cores, introduce the PC chip Snapdragon 8cx Gen4 and discuss the role of artificial intelligence in the development of its products.
According to online rumors, the new chip will be manufactured using the process technology N4P. Qualcomm is said to be testing two versions of the chip, one of them with a pair of “big” Cortex-X4 cores. However, only one of these (1+5+2 configuration) may be present in the final version. The mobile platform should also be equipped with the Adreno GPU 750.

Chinese insider known as Digital Chat Station has revealed which smartphones may be the first to receive the new platform. According to his information, we are talking about Xiaomi 14, vivo X100 Pro+, iQOO 12 series, Redmi K70 Pro, OnePlus 12 and realme GT 5.
