In recent years the fight for the best smartphone has fought on two fronts: that of processor, the heart of the device, and that of the camera. These two areas are clearly not in league with each other, the companies have focused more on both to be able to have the best terminal. In fact, what interests a user is one good photographic ability and a power of calculation without jamming. Last year we saw the release of Snapdragon 855 and 855 Plus. Well, we probably won't see the direct heir of the latter or Snapdragon 865 Plus. This was stated by Meizu's CMO.
According to Meizu, Qualcomm would not have plans to launch the Snapdragon 865 Plus this year.
Through Weibo we managed to trace a comment that the company's CMO, which on May 8th he will present his Meizu 17, gave in reference to the possibility of a smartphone with SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus. As you may have guessed, the comment says that there will be nothing like this year.

The user, surely referring to the performance of a device with Snap 865, says that these are comparable with those of one Snapdragon 865 Plus. Below his post, here it is Wan Zhiqiang reply:
"There is no such generation of processor"
And still below clarifies:
This year there is nothing of what you said
The reference is clearly to new generation of processor which will replace and improve the current performance champion in top-of-the-range smartphones (and not only).
Until today thedirect company concerned has not expressed itself on the matter but we are sure that after these statements, some managers will be forced to have their say. Certainly many users were expecting this processor, especially the super performance-conscious ones. Recall that at the time the rumors predicted this processor on devices like Xiaomi Mi Mix 4.
