Phone stolen or resulting damaged at reception? Here's how to avoid problems.

this is one of those articles I DO NOT like to write but that might be useful to most.

You have ever received an expedition with the trapped content or obviously damaged? Here's how to do it to avoid problems and resolve the issue in as little as possible.

They have been 2 years in the industry and will have seen hundreds of phones, accessories, parcels, packages, envelopes and bags coming from the offices of Smartylife.net.

1. Premise

Most of the devices that come from China are tested / verified / updated before shipping. You understand the inconvenience and costs of having to send the brand new phone back for assistance. 4. Patience
