I have reviewed many TWS headphones and I must admit that the current panorama offers good low-cost solutions without sacrificing quality in music reproduction and call management. Among the most established brands we find TOZO which certainly does not skimp on its products offering an excellent quality/price ratio. Today I therefore want to talk to you about the TOZO T20, an economical alternative to what the market offers and which I tell you, fully meets expectations.

The packaging of TOZO brand products is always very neat and compact, offering everything needed for use right from the start. In the case of the TOZO T20, the contents of the sales box offer:
- TOZO T20 TWS earphones;

- Quick start guide and user manual.
The only comment I make about these headphones, but also about many others from other brands, is the absence of third parties, to purchase a protective case.
CONSTRUCTION
In a jungle of TWS earphones it is difficult to amaze with the design and those who succeed often leave out other key aspects, but in the case of the TOZO T20, we find some interesting gems starting from an LED display integrated into the charging case, positioned on the front, the which gives us the residual charge value of the cup and headphones. It's not a killer feature but still better than classic LEDs at times poco be clear about how much actual energy remains. Naturally, the classic polycarbonate is used for the construction, here of an opaque type that does not get dirty easily, but I did not appreciate the solidity of the lid, which once opened closes on itself with small movements, while I instead appreciated that the hall sensor for immediate pairing of the headphones to the associated device.
On the back we find the Type-C input for charging via cable but know that wireless charging is also present, which is not a given in this price range. The earphones are of the in-ear type with a very small stem in terms of size, making them discreet on the face, as well as being comfortable to use, without causing ear discomfort. Finally, there is IPX8 certification for use in sporting activities and therefore resistant to sweat and rain (not showers).
FUNCTIONALITY'
As for earphones, the TOZO T20 offer a 10mm dynamic driver (range 20Hz-20KHz) capable of reproducing multimedia content at a high volume level without distorting. Already at 50/60% of the total volume we obtain immersive listening without distractions, considering the excellent isolation that the in-ear rubbers offer. Naturally there is a touch surface with which to give commands via single/double/triple touch or long press, with which to manage play/pause, track skip, volume control, recall of the phone's virtual assistant as well as call management with answer, hang up or decline.
In terms of call quality, ENC is present which, through the two microphones per single earpiece, allows a very natural and clear conversation, managing to distinguish our voice well in crowded environments, while the microphones are slightly in difficulty with the presence of strong wind. However, we don't have ANC, but the insulation of the rubbers is already quite effective. Finally, I would like to point out that we can use the TOZO T20 independently, effectively doubling the autonomy.
There is also a companion app with which to customize the touches, but we can also update the firmware if the company releases it and draw on an equalizer where we can take advantage of the many audio presets present or create a personalized audio curve.
CONNECTION AND BATTERY
On board the earphones we find Bluetooth 5.3, but the audio codec available is only the classic AAC/SBC and the possibility of multipoint connection is also missing. In any case, the connection to the device was stable, without delays in terms of synchronization between video and audio, but above all even in closed environments with obstacles, the connection was always fluid and without interference.
One of the most impressive aspects of the TOZO T20 is the battery life, a 500 mAh unit for the case and 57 mAh per earbud. Much depends on the volume at which you are listening, but in common use you will be able to get up to 10 continuous hours on a single charge, a value that reaches 42 hours with additional recharges via the case. The charging time for the headphones is 2 hours while the box reaches full energy in 1,5 hours, with charging both wired and via wireless technology.
AUDIO QUALITY
Let me start by saying that I am not an expert audiophile but I can say that TOZO's proposal is worth taking into consideration, offering a depth of sound with richness of nuances that I have generally been able to appreciate on high-cost headphones. The audio in general is enveloping and the bass is nice and full-bodied and warm without overpowering the medium-high tones. With the app's EQ it is then possible to manage audio presets dedicated to various musical genres, emphasizing the vocals or frequencies of certain music or content. Even on calls, as already mentioned, we manage to obtain truly appreciable quality.
