How Twitter's new monetization program works
Currently, access to this tool is not available to all users. To be eligible, you must meet a few requirements including signing up for the Twitter Blue subscription plan, have at least 5 million tweet impressions in the last three months e pass human review of monetization standards for creators. Verified organizations can also join the monetization program.

Although there is still no clear explanation from the company on the terms of the monetization, it is believed that i payouts to creators range between $1.000 and $40.000. Billy Markus, the creator of Dogecoin, shared an image of his bank statement, revealing a profit of $37.000. Markus has 2,1 million followers on his Twitter account.

Currently, payments are limited to countries where the Stripe payment network operates, which includes Italy. However, the program is not yet available to all creators of the platform, even if they meet the above requirements. Despite the launch of the monetization program, this is not the first time that Twitter has offered its users the opportunity to earn money with the platform. Twitter already has options for video monetization and Super Follows.
