As you well know, the Japanese and the Chinese exploit the umbrella in all seasons, both to protect themselves from rain and sunshine. And this is the idea of developing Xiaomi who has made a lot of umbrella compact and, above all, very much light.
The umbrella weighs half of an 6 Mi, only 85 grams, and the merit is all about the material. In fact, the new Xiaomi product is made with a lightweight fabric that, in addition to rain protection, guarantees a UV protection (UPV> 40+) and a lasting color without the risk of yellowing.
Another incredible novelty concerns the skeleton that, imported directly from Japan, is made in carbon fiber T700, which makes the Xiaomi umbrella more resistant to steel wind and lighter than aluminum.
Obviously you have already discovered the type of purchase and, perhaps, you have already learned about it from Xiaomi: crwodfunding. Next product launched with this mode, therefore, and at a very competitive price. The launch is scheduled in three colors (black, pink salmon and green water) at the price of 99 yuan (approximately EUR 13 at the exchange rate).
We did not know if and when it will be made available to us Europeans, but the reduced price and size (only 23 cm in length), make the new Xiaomi umbrella a very interesting handbag gadget!
