Following the patent of the so-called Google Band and following the trend of all the major smartphone manufacturers, too live think big. Or rather, think small since the smartband of its production will be at your wrist. Jokes aside it results from the certifying body CNIPA that the Chinese giant intends to present a fitness tracker to compete with the big names in the industry such as Huami e Xiaomi. Let's see how it will be.
This is the vivo smartband: a concentrate of technology within reach of the wrist, with a design extended to the Honor Band 6
Honor Band 6 was presented a few weeks ago as one of the cheapest but complete smartbands on the market. Here we are not interested in the specifications, but the form. Yes, because the vivo smartband will be built, according to the patent presented in November on the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), very similar to that of Honor. In fact, it has a slightly elongated dial, more rectangular than round.
As you can see, the vivo smartband shows a full screen but rectangular design. In the image below it is easy to perceive how the display will be flat and not curved, as tradition dictates. In the back we clearly find the sensors housed in a round with four lights. We do not know what type of sensors we will find (nor when and if the brand will present the fitness tracker) but they will be the usual ones. It would be smart to integrate the chip NFC which unfortunately is missing almost everywhere.
In addition to this, unfortunately, we do not know. The specifications will remain unknown until the moment the company decides. But we are sure that numerous leaks will follow in the coming months.
