Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has just launched a new version of the Vivo Y52s previously released in December 2020 with the MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset on board.
Vivo Y52s T1 Edition with Snapdragon 480 5G presented in China
The new Vivo Y52s T1 Edition is instead powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G, Qualcomm's cheapest 5G chipset on the market.
The smartphone arrives with a 6,58-inch LCD display with a teardrop notch, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a tactile sample rate of 180Hz. The display has a DCI-P3 color gamut and is HDR10 certified.
For photos, the Vivo Y52s T1 Edition integrates a 48MP main camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. While in front we have an 8MP selfie camera that supports Night Mode like the rear one.
The smartphone then has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an audio jack and a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Finally, the device will be available in Coral Sea, Monet and Titanium Gray colors.
For prices, the Vivo Y52s T1 Edition has a starting price of 1999 yuan, about 260 euros, for the version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space.
