WhatsApp: reactions with all emojis arrive on Android and iOS

Some time ago we stated that WhatsApp is becoming more and more like Telegram. Some initiatives, or rather functionalities, have been integrated for a while but the one that was really missing is the one that allows you to put reactions to messages. To be honest, the feature already exists but has not been 100% implemented. Yesterday, on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, has been announced that the reactions with all the emojis are undergoing release for both Android and iOS. Let's see the details.

WhatsApp has officially announced the release for everyone of the feature that allows you to put reactions to messages with all the emojis

One of the features of the paid subscription Premium Telegram it is an extended series of reactions to messages. WhatsApp, in response, has launched an even more advanced version of this feature: now application users can use any standard emoticon for the same purposes. All this, moreover, at no cost.

The feature called Reactions 2.0 allows us to react to chat messages with all standard emojis. To do this, just highlight the message by holding your finger on the screen of our mobile device. To see the entire list of emoticons, you need to click on theicon in the shape of “+" To the right. Also, for some reactions, several are available options di colore: we can change them by keeping our finger on the image.

Users will be able to modify the reaction chosen by mistake, as well as delete the one previously entered. Unlike the Telegram functionality, the one for WhatsApp does not require a subscription for a fee. It has already become publicly available, but the update will be released in waves: in some regions, the corresponding update will appear in the next few days.
